We loved it so much last year and we are coming back! Join us for the Spring Bank Holiday weekend filled with yoga in the beautiful countryside of the Black Mountains.
Fforest barn fuses a 17th century oak beamed stone barn with an eco-friendly Dutch barn giving the feel of ancient Wales with all mod cons, total privacy and stunning views and walks in every direction.
What you can expect over the weekend:
Morning meditation practices, two yoga practices each day, including an awakening and energising morning session and restorative evening practice. Time to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside with walking, swimming and star gazing. Hot Tub available 24/7.
Your accommodation and food:
You’ll be sleeping in luxury, newly renovated bedrooms, single, double or twin. The rooms in the main house (Dutch Barn and Old Barn) have a modern, playful edge to their design. In the adjacent Fforest Glen orchard there are 2 gypsy caravans (one with a double bed and one with a single), a luxury safari tent (2 singles or 1 king), and a tree house with a single bed, each with heating. External accommodation has an adjacent ecoloo and separate shower room. The house offers a communal area and a large terrace to relax and enjoy during your free time. Food will be vegetarian (other dietary needs can be met on request).

Outdoor space and walks:
Fforest Barn has a large lawn including sunset firepit, Fforest glen orchard and walk to Eagle’s Landing lookout with a stunning view and firepit, often used for ceremonies and meditations. There are walks in all directions – from 30 minutes to 2 hours – up mountains, along ridges, in forests. There is no light or noise pollution or need to drive.
Investment for the retreats:
non-refundable deposit £250 deposit to secure room. Full balance due 30th APRIL 2026
Price includes:
Accommodation for 2 nights and meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch , use of all facilities - sheets & towels, hot tub inc towels, steam shower.

Driving from Hammersmith to Fforest Barn takes approximately 2.5 hours.
The nearest airports are Cardiff or Bristol.
Heathrow is 2 hours away by car or train.
Taxis from Abergavenny to Fforest Barn (5 miles) cost approx £11.
